Returns Policy:
World of iron are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may notify us that you wish to return it within 7 working days after the day of delivery. All we ask is that it arrives back in the original condition. We recommend this includes original packaging, with your name and address in BOLD letters of the outside of the box or crate. Stoves have to put placed back on a pallet for return transport. This should avoid the products being damaged on their return journey. It is the customer's responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods prior to return. We will then issue a full refund minus any carriage charges for the return of the goods. Return charges are billed at cost for a third party uplift by our commercial courier.
Liability:
Our liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. We shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods.
